Q. What do you want to do with your life? Â
When asked this question, most people look bemused, confused and some honestly puzzled.
Here we are, plodding (others speeding) along with living and most of us haven’t even given the question any real thought or time.
Yes – it’s true, some of us may have made the decision to go to a particular University, or follow a particular career path, but the bigger question, of:
‘What do I really want out of this life of mine?’
- is generally not something we dare to think about, or even thought we had a choice about.
However, finding fulfilment, personal success not just in the interpersonal realm, but also in the real world, means you’ve got to know what you want to do, and be happy doing it. Â
But finding out what it is you really want to do with your life, as you can imagine isn’t as easy as just asking the question.
There are a variety of helpful Life Coaching exercises that help you find out what your life goals are. So that when you do whatever it is you want to do with your life, you’re happy and enthusiastic about doing it.
These exercises attempt to help you find that place within yourself that knows what you want and knows that you can achieve it.
