Happiness

Happiness is a choice we make every moment of the day.

You can choose to be happy, you can decide to be happier, it’s not dependant on the many different factors in your life - which you might use as an excuse as to - why you’re not happy.

Choose to be happy now! Do stuff that makes you happy! Go on - do it for  yourself - do it for the Universe - Do something that will increase your ‘Deep Happiness’.

Tip 1. Cuddle someone you love

Tip 2. Smile

Tip 3. Read a good book

Tip 4. Say hello to good friends - let them know you’re thinking of them

Tip 5. Phone your mum - tell her you love her

Tip 6. Give some money to a good charity

Tip 7. Do something for someone else - be ulturistic!

Tip 8. Do some gardening

Tip 9. Pamper yourself

Tip 10. Think of something yourself!

 

p.s - Nothing you DO, and nothing you buy can really bring you True Happiness - they can only help facilitate the expression of that happiness that is already deep within you.
