I concentrate on working with clients to improve dramatically their health and wellbeing. This encompasses more than just diet and exercise. Yes, to be healthy you have to eat nutritiously and take exercise, but Wellbeing Life Coach stretches way beyond that. Your emotional and spiritual health is every bit as important as your physical health.
Stress takes a terrible toll on your wellbeing. So does feeling unfulfilled in a dull job, or constantly worrying about money issues. At Wellbeing Life Coach, we look at ALL aspects of your life that could be contributing to a lack of wellbeing for you…and we work together to boost significantly every aspect of your health. It’s an exciting and fun process!
So what is life coaching? Life coaching is a dynamic process that aims to close the gap between where you are now in your life…and where you want to be. It is not related to counselling or psychotherapy.
These two disciplines work by exploring the past, how it has affected you and the reasons for problems.
These objectives can be personal or professional. Examples include learning to work more efficiently, managing your stress, overcoming shyness and being able to speak in public.
Through a series of precise questions, the coach helps us understand what is holding us back and helps individuals find their own answers.
I am there to guide, listen and encourage while respecting each person’s personal pace.
The coach provides an objective point of view, which allows us to see a larger perspective, unveiling what you were unable to see.
