Relax! – Relaxation is the key to leading a less stressful life, and in order to do so, these steps needs to be followed:

Step 2: Close your eyes.
Step 3: Find a comfortable position.
Step 4: Get a repetitive stress management technique such as positive affirmation, meditation or pray.

The first three steps would lower the input to our nervous system while the last step would lower our stimulation of the nervous system. Thus, creating an atmosphere of relaxation.
